Return and Refund policy

We offer returns for refunds or exchanges within 30 days of your purchase date. After 30 days, with approval, refunds will be given in the form of a store credit.


➣ We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


➣ Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.


➣ Request your Return Authorization Number by emailing with a detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason. Upon approval, you will receive the return level and the address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the product you would like to return.


➣ To assure your return please use the trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.


➣ Upon receipt of your package, your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method within 14 days. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.



Please understand that we issue refunds as soon as your refund request is approved - that means that the money leaves our account immediately. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. We have seen some credit card companies take up to 14 days to show that the refund has been put back on the card. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us



We do not charge any Restocking fee and we don't charge any return shipping fee for damaged or defective products. But, if the customer purchases the wrong products, the customer will pay the actual cost of return shipping.

All products – unopened – can be returned for any reason. Counting from the time the delivered order is successful, send the items back to us within 30 days and we’ll refund your money.

Once we receive the package. You will receive the full purchase price of your product minus any shipping fees (unless of course, it was our error).  If 30 days has passed since your purchase, we’re sorry, but we cannot accept this item as a return.

Cases where customers can return orders:

  • -Product incorrect description.
  • -Defective product due to manufacturer.
  • -Product expired.
  • -Product is damaged during shipping.

Return & Refund process

How to return your purchase:

Important: Do not ship your return back without emailing us first.  Some returns will need to be shipped back to our partner facilities instead of our main warehouse below.

Email us at and include Your order number, First and Last name, Email address, and reason for return.  Once we approve your return you'll then need to ship your return to our main warehouse at:  🏚17224 S. Figueroa Street, J0103 GARDENA, CA- 90248, United States. Unless it came from one of our partner facilities, then we will provide a different address to you.  Please include a tracking number so we can monitor the progress of your return.

After the order returns to our warehouse. Within 5-10 working days we will issue a refund to your Credit Card.
